McWhinney served as the master developer and managing member for the
Union Station Alliance overseeing the redevelopment of Denver Union Station in
partnership with Larimer Associates, Sage Hospitality and Urban Neighborhoods.
The landmark building reopened July 26 and is now active 24/7, 365 days a year.
