Jim Bolt of CBRE Inc. completed 90 sale and lease transactions in 2019 to be named Industrial Broker of the Year. Dan McGowan of JLL picks up the title of Office Broker of the Year-Individual. He completed 46 transactions worth nearly $96 million last year and also became man- aging broker in JLL’s Denver office. Accepting the award for Office Broker of the Year-Team from NAIOP Colorado President Tim Schlichting and CoStar’s Chelsea Luttrell are CBRE’s Todd Papazian, second from left, and Ty Ritchie.
