Jim Bolt of CBRE Inc. completed 90 sale and lease transactions in 2019 to be named Industrial Broker of the Year. Dan McGowan of JLL picks up the title of Office Broker of the Year-Individual. He completed 46 transactions worth nearly $96 million last year and also became man- aging broker in JLL’s Denver office. Accepting the award for Office Broker of the Year-Team from NAIOP Colorado President Tim Schlichting and CoStar’s Chelsea Luttrell are CBRE’s Todd Papazian, second from left, and Ty Ritchie. Doug Bakke, Lee Diamond and Melanie Fontenot also are members of the team. Brad Calbert of Colliers International is honored as Legacy Broker of the Year. A former NAIOP Colorado president, he is a veteran of Colorado’s commercial real estate industry.
