Colleagues described him as a highly skilled individual with a “selfless approach to relationships.” NAIOP Colorado’s Developing Leader of theYear is JohnHuemoller of First American Title. The CBRE team of Eric Roth, left, and Martin Roth are chosen as Land Broker of the Year. The team completed 22 land deals last year valued at $341.39 million. Matthew DeBartolomeis racked up Retail Broker of the Year honors, completing 87 lease transactions valued at more than $55 million. Celeste Tanner of Confluent Development accepts the Award of Excellence, a tribute to the outgoing NAIOP Colorado president. An audience of 530 attended the 33rd annual event to see which projects and brokers would receive top honors.
