Three individuals were awarded $500 scholarships to the institutions of their choosing. Those awarded were Jacqueline Peresich Dodd, Erica Ables, and Jessica Taft. The scholarships are funded by a trust donated by the Elks Ladies Auxiliary of Gulfport. The scholarships support educational opportunities in deaf educa- tion, interpreting advancement and ministry benefit. de l’Epée is proud to support each of these ladies as they continue their journey to benefit those in the deaf and special needs communities.
