Come let us celebrate you! Brookdale Springs Mesa Independent Living Assisted Living 6220 East Broadway Road Mesa, Arizona 85206 A love of Arizona and the desire to help people led Dennis Heimpel to his job as a realtor at RE/MAX Classic, where he’s worked since obtaining his real estate license in 2015. “Meeting people is the favorite part of my day and interacting with them,” Dennis shares. “I go anywhere to sell property. And I love to work with both buyers and sellers.” Dennis enjoys educating his clients and helping them navigate the home buying and selling process. “As a buyer, the first thing you have to do is to get pre-qualified,” Dennis explains. “Then get information about the community where you’d like to live. If you’re a seller, find the best way to prepare your home for sale like decluttering or updating your home so it will sell faster.” Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Dennis joined the Canadian military at age 17 and retired as a Warrant Officer. After that, he became a golf professional and played mini-tours in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arizona. While playing a tournament in Scottsdale, a friend introduced him to realtor Jill Vicchy, now Jill Vicchy Heimpel, his wife of nine years and a fellow RE/MAX Classic agent. The couple have mastered the art of working and staying together as a couple. “We’re individual agents,” he says. “But even though we have our own clients, we help each other out like a team. There’s a benefit to that.” Dennis and Jill moved to Leisure World six years ago to help his mother-in-law who was already living in the community. When it’s time to relax, Dennis likes to make his favorite German recipes, play his guitar and sing. Living in Arizona also allows him to pursue his other passion. “I’ve had enough winters in my life,” Dennis says. “I love the desert scenery. And it’s a great place to play golf!” Contact Dennis by visiting him at the Re/Max Classic office, calling 480-262-7535 or emailing him at drheimpel@hotmail.ca. Dennis Heimpel: Realtor with Heart When Re/Max Classic Realtor Anna Jonsson has a goal, nothing holds her back! One of those goals is helping others find their dream home. “I love finding the right house for my clients,” Anna says. “This is one of the biggest purchases of people’s lives and being a part of this experience is just priceless.” Originally from Keflavik, Iceland, Anna traveled across the Atlantic Ocean to attend Daytona Beach Community College and enjoy warm weather. She then transferred to the University of Florida and graduated in 1997 with a degree in nutrition. In 2010, she received an MBA in finance from Western International University in Tempe. In 1997, Anna moved to Tucson to join her now ex- husband, who was a student at the University of Arizona. While their daughters Stefania, now age 19, and Una Kristin, now 13, were young, Anna tells us she worked in the travel industry and spent a year as a personal trainer, allowing her to use her nutrition degree. In 2012, Anna got a real estate license after her then- husband who was a realtor, piqued her interest in the field. She worked at Realty Executives before joining REMAX/Classic a year ago. Anna believes buyers and sellers should choose an agent who practices honesty and integrity—something she prides herself on. “I think I am very good with people because I treat them the way I want to be treated,” Anna shares. “I am there for them when they need me. Unfortunately, I hear from a lot of people that the agents they’ve worked with just don’t have time for them.” Anna also thinks sellers should look for agents who understand the real estate market and purchase prices, are responsive and have good communication and negotiation skills. Currently living in Gilbert, Anna is excited about working with buyers and sellers and educating them on the real estate process. Whatever your real estate needs or challenges, Anna wants to help make your dreams a reality. Contact her at 480-227-0908 or Anna.Jonsson@remax.net.
