Clubs and organized activity groups may now request room reservations for the June 2019 - May 2020 season. Scheduling packets are available in the Recreation Office. These packets contain all the necessary forms to do so. Requests will be time and date-stamped when received and will be scheduled in that order. Rec. Helen’s Hope Chest Annual Gift Drive Nearly 15,000 children and teens in Arizona will spend the holidays in a foster home. Help Helen’s Hope Chest give them the Christmas experience they deserve. Donate new, unwrapped toys or make a financial contribution by Saturday, December 1. Gifts may be dropped off in Administration, Fitness Center, RE/MAX Classic, Coyote Run Golf Course or the Recreation Office. Gift cards may be dropped off in the Rec. Office during regular business hours. Financial contributions can also be made online and are eligible for the Foster Care Tax Credit up to $500 (individual) or $1000 (married).
