This historic Route 66 town lies at the base of the largest mountain range in Arizona. Along our way, we will enjoy a visit to a Navajo Trading Post and explore Navajo culture and crafts. In Page, Arizona, we will begin our tour of Lower Antelope Canyon with a local Navajo guide who will lead us through the amazing natural formations of this world-famous slot canyon. We will also stop along the Lake Powell shoreline for photos before eating lunch in Page at one of their unique eateries. Before we head home we will take a short, easy hike to the famous Horseshoe Bend Overlook. This tour requires a reasonable level of fitness and includes walking up and down stairs, ladders and loose sand at different times during the tour.
