If you are a caregiver for a loved one with a neurological disease such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s or stroke-induced memory loss, this is for you. Join us the second and fourth Monday of every month from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. in the Lakeside Clubhouse to sing and socialize with Sun Joo, our delightful certified music therapist. She knows many old songs and plays the guitar as we sing along. We love sharing old memories and making new friends, which lightens our load. The class is free, thanks to a generous grant from the Leisure World Foundation! After singing, we enjoy refreshments and visiting with one another.
