Marguerite Huspen The Employee of the Third Quarter 2018 Award goes to Randi Rich, a Registered Nurse at Leisure World! Randi has been loyal to the community and has cared for residents for more than 25 years. Randi is a veteran team member who upholds high standards in quality, confidentiality and caring services in the Health Office. Extremely dedicated, Randi provides exceptional service as the frontline contact for our internal customers and external health and medical professionals. Randi is greatly loved by residents and has consistently received an excellent rating on Customer Service Surveys. In 2018, Randi became the Health Office Lead, supervising staff, scheduling, training, doing assignments, hosting team meetings and more. She also works well with the entire Lifestyle Department. She is an outstanding professional who does an exceptional job! Congratulations, Randi! 3rd Quarter 2018: Randi Rich, RN Marguerite Huspen goes above and beyond her responsibilities by always providing excellent customer service and helping residents and employees. Marguerite empathically assists residents with counseling during grief and illness. She also provides contacts for those needing physical and financial help. Marguerite works closely with the Leisure World Foundation to residents who need support with daily living. This year, she applied for and received several grants from the Foundation for residents in need and another to support funding of the MusicTherapy group. Marguerite is an outstanding networker. She has built relationships with hundreds of local, statewide and national businesses and governmental providers. For last year’s Turkey Trot 5K, she helped raise over $7,000 from vendors. This year, she is helping make the event bigger and better than ever. Congratulations, Marguerite!
