The Fitness Center has a few activities planned to test your knowledge, memory, try new things to help promote positive choices you are already making and encourage you to improve your choices during the year! Stop by the Fitness Center to pick up a free, fun weekly activity from Monday, March 7 through Monday, March 28 . Some activities will be a “take and return,” and some will be completed there in a few minutes. Submit the form right away if required, or the correct answers by the end of business day Friday of each week, to be entered into a drawing for weekly prizes! Featuring three-time Canadian Grandmaster Fiddle Champions and Ontario Open Step Dance Champions, this unique act features high-energy fiddling and mind-blowing step dancing. Paul Diedrich unfortunately won’t be able to make it, but Silver Rose and Mike James will be taking the stage with Jenny Locklin. Jenny Locklin produces, hosts and emcees comedy entertainment all over the valley. You may have seen her on the Dr. Oz show where she was recently featured for winning the funniest video contest. She may be small in stature, but she’s huge in laughs! Silver Rose takes her work seriously but not herself. She learned this from doing over 100 Standup Comedy Club Presentations.Drawingonhervastexperience,sheapproaches serious subjects with a light touch. She immediately connects with the audience, talking with them in a relaxed, fun and easy style. They leave feeling good about themselves, and upbeat.
