They are all incredible musicians who hail from Canada! All these artists, plus many more are featured music in this amazing show. Three amazing vocalists, along with an incredible band, take you on an eclectic journey through Canada’s awe-inspiring music history, paying tribute to the musicians and bands who took the world by storm! As if the uncanny resemblance and body language was not enough, once you hear the first few lines sung, you know this is the real deal and are in for a treat! This month, we will be setting up on the practice range, playing music before Movie on the Green. Bring your wallet for some eats at the food trucks. You are encouraged to bring your own lawn chair since seating is limited on the Practice Range. Have fun, chitchat, dance and just relax as DJ Justin spins some of his favorite music from the 70s and now! Take this opportunity to sell those used household items, handmade craft items, or residents may sell commercial items like Tupperware, Avon and other similar items. Sellers sign up for $5 per table. Racks $1 – limited supply. Residents selling commercial items will be required to pay 10% of their sales back to Leisure World. Sale reconciliation sheets will be provided by LWCA. Tables are on a first-come basis and limited to two per manor. Sign up for a table online or in the Recreation Office no later than the day prior to the event. Share this beautiful day with your neighbors, family and friends! You will be able to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast without having to fight traffic, be rushed out of a restaurant, cook for yourself, cook for guests, or best of all, any cleanup! Premier Catering will prepare a lovely breakfast. The menu includes scrambled eggs with cream cheese, chives and cheddar cheese, bacon, link sausage, cheese blintze with strawberries, baked ham with pineapple sauce, cottage fried potatoes, cinnamon apples, mixed fruit platter, assorted danishes and sweets, orange juice, regular and decaf coffee, international creamers and ice tea.
