BOMA – Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association will host its Mile High Awards and Holiday Celebration Dec. 4 at the History Colorado Center, 1200 Broadway, Denver. BOMA also will host its 2015 Economic Forecast Jan. 14 at the Wellshire Event Center at 3333 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. SMPS – Society for Marketing Professional Services Colorado will host an eighton-eight roundtable discussion to help attendees learn more about the key trends, upcoming projects and driving forces in what strategic decision makers look for to find the “perfect project with the perfect team.” Attendees will have the opportunity to have informal discussions with local developers, architects and real estate firms about significant redevelopment and repurposing projects around Denver. Each lunch table will have a representative and there will be three rounds of 20-minute conversations in which speakers move between tables. The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza, 1450 Glenarm Place, Denver, Dec. 10. USGBC – U.S. Green Building Council – Colorado Chapter will host its inaugural Green Commercial Real Estate Awards.
