Griffis/Blessing Inc. was selected by NexGen Properties to provide property management services at the Regency Executive Center. The 50,376-square-foot office building is located at 1465 Kelly Johnson Blvd. in Colorado Springs. Building tenants include Peak Physical Therapy, Epic Offices, Purpose Planning, Rubicon Alliance and Little 3D Wonders. Headed by Senior Portfolio Manager Liz Seeger, RPA, LEED AP, the commercial property services team handling the day-today operations will include Stacie Gray, portfolio assistant; Chad Achterhof, property accountant; and Tony Brizzie, service technician. “This assignment is our second opportunity for us to work with NexGen Properties,” said Richard Davidson, senior vice president, CPM. “Our understanding of the owners expectations combined with our Class A office building management experience will make this a smooth transition for the current tenants.” Griffis/Blessing currently manages more than 4.5 million sf of commercial space and more than 7,100 apartment units.
