The owner of a Lafayette gymnastics facility recently acquired 2.6 acres at Lafayette Tech Center, where it is starting construction of a new, larger facility. New Holland Park LLC, led by Mark Bogoger of Xtreme Altitude, paid $340,000, or $3 per square foot, for Lot 1 in the tech center, off U.S. Highway 287 and West South Boulder Road. Tom Hill and Eric Rutherford of Wright Kingdom Real Estate represented the seller, SQ Ventures Inc. Elizabeth Law-Evans of Law and Evans Associates represented the buyer. The more-than-$2 million gymnastics facility, slated for completion by the end of the year, will total just under 32,000 sf. Xtreme Altitude currently occupies 19,000 sf in Lafayette, and Bogoger and his wife also operate Flatrions Gymnastics Center in Broomfield. “The business has done well, especially after-school time,” said Mark Bogoger. “This seemed to be the best opportunity at the right time.” Jeffrey Van Sambeek of Lodestone Design Group is the architect for the new building, which is being constructed by Ascent Builders. Xtreme Altitude offers gymnastics classes, camps and competitive teams, and also hosts birthday parties.
