Alamo Drafthouse slated to open in March at Aspen Grove
The Alamo Drafthouse Littleton is set to celebrate its grand opening March 25.
Located in the Aspen Grove Shopping Center in Littleton, the theater is the first Alamo Drafthouse in the state of Colorado.
The seven-screen theater has combined seating for more than 900 moviegoers. Each auditorium is equipped with stateof-the-art digital projection and sound, as well as full bar and restaurant service with seats featuring attached tables and large aisles that allow for service before and during the film without distractions to the viewing experience.
The Aspen Grove location also will be opening Glass Half Full, a full-service bar focused on craft beer and original and classic cocktails. Draft offerings will include local and regional breweries as well as locally distilled spirits from companies like Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey and Leopold Bros.
Alamo Drafthouse Littleton will show first-run and independent films, along with specialty repertory film programming and events.
Work began in late 2011 with the demolition of the former Big Bowl and Buca di Beppo restaurants to make way for the theater at Aspen Grove, located at 7301 S. Santa Fe Drive.
