Façade work nears completion at Bear Valley center
The $300,000 façade upgrade at Bear Valley Shopping Center in Denver is nearly complete. The work at the retail center at 3100 S.
Sheridan Blvd. includes three new monument signs.
Fireside Productions LLC recently inked a new lease at the center.
The company specializes in creating corporate, promotional and business events, and social networking videos.
Spaces from 66 to 24,468 square feet are available for lease with rates starting at $10 per sf triple net.
Retailers bring new-to-market stores to Cherry Creek
Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver is adding a multitude of new retailers, including many that are new to the Denver market.
True Religion Brand Jeans, Buckle, Madewell, Omega and Fresh-Healthy Café all will open by the end of the year at the center, which recently welcomed H&M, an expanded 19,900-square-foot Forever 21 and the region’s first Athleta.
True Religion Brand Jeans opened recently and features jeans for men, women, children and toddlers as well as knit, woven and denim-related sportswear.
Buckle, another popular denim destination, will open this month at Cherry Creek Shopping Center.
In addition to denim and other casual apparel, the store features outerwear, accessories and footwear.
Madewell also is joining the tenant lineup at the center. Madewell, founded in 1937 as a work wear line, still represents heritage inspired clothing but with a modern twist. Every store features a denim bar, friendly general-store vibe and authentic, vintage décor featuring regionally sourced antiques. The clothing store will open late this month.
In November, watch manufacturer Omega is coming to the center. Building on its popularity as a featured brand at the Hyde Park Jewelers flagship store at Cherry Creek, Hyde Park presents the Omega boutique, a first in the Denver market.
Fresh-Healthy Cafe also is opening at Cherry Creek. The healthy fast-casual brand, slated for a November opening, features smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices and nutritious meals, all made to order and from natural ingredients.
“This fall is packed with openings of new retailers, many that can’t be found anywhere else,” said Cherry Creek General Manager Nick LeMasters. “We’re delighted to bring all these great names in fashion and dining to our shoppers.”
Jersey Mike’s joins Highlands Ranch center
Jersey Mike’s Subs will open late this month at the University Park retail center at 9350-9370 S. Colorado Blvd. in Highlands Ranch.
The Whole Foods-anchored center recently welcomed Starbucks to its tenant lineup, which also includes CenturyLink, Lacrosse Unlimited, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Pei Wei and Archivers.
Spaces available for lease include a 4,700-square-foot former liquor store space and a 1,376-sf dry cleaner space on the northeast side.
Boutique 9 opens in Cherry Creek North
Boutique 9, a women’s clothing, accessories and footwear store, recently opened its doors.
The retailer opened in the former Thomas Kinkade space at 231 Milwaukee St. in Cherry Creek North.
“Our focus will be women’s casual, business and cocktail clothing, accessories and footwear made in Europe and the USA, featuring fine fabrics and expert workmanship,” said owner Asmir Brkic.
“We like this location because it is in the center of our demographic area. The space is the right size for the delivery of the personal service we want for our clients.” Brands carried at the 712-square foot store will include EMU Australia, French Connection, Amy Matto, Twenty and Herry.
David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage represented the tenant in the five-year lease.
Tilted Kilt to open at Belleview Promenade
The Tilted Kilt is coming to Belleview Promenade.
The Irish/Scottish themed sports bar will open mid-November at the property located at the southwest corner of Belleview Avenue and Ulster Street in Greenwood Village.
The center includes tenants such as Delish Demure, Homer Reed, Il Fornaio, Larkburger and Yogurtini.
Belleview Promenade also has 10,382 square feet of office space for lease. Retail spaces are available at the center, including a 6,612-sf suite.
Halloween Bootique joins the Outlets at Silverthorne
Halloween Bootique opened its temporary store at the Outlets at Silverthorne.
The retailer, which offers Halloween costumes, makeups, wigs, accessories and home décor, will be open at the center through early November.
“Halloween Bootique is a unique store that we are excited to offer our customers both here in our backyard and surrounding communities so that they don’t have to drive to the Front Range,” said Silverthorne outlets Marketing and Special Events Manager Meredith Long.
The Halloween Bootique is located next to the Colorado Welcome Center in the Green Village of the Outlets at Silverthorne at 246-X Rainbow Drive.
Athleta opening at Park Meadows center
Athleta, a division of Gap that offers clothing for a variety of women’s sports, is opening its second Colorado retail store at Park Meadows this fall.
The new store is located on the upper level near Nordstrom and Crate & Barrel at the center located at 8401 Park Meadows Center Drive in Lone Tree.
Athleta will offer apparel and accessories for everyone from weekend warriors to competitive athletes in its 4,165-square foot store.
Halloween City opens at Fairfield Commons
Halloween City is the newest tenant at Fairfield Commons.
The retailer is open at the TJ Maxx-anchored center located at the southeast corner of Wadsworth Boulevard and First Avenue in Lakewood.
The center also has retail space from 2,800 to 34,992 square feet available.
Dwell opens doors at Cherry Hills Marketplace
Dwell Antiques, which sells antiques and home furnishings recently opened for business in Greenwood Village.
The retailer opened at the Cherry Hills Marketplace at 5910 University Blvd., where The Bundt Shoppe, which sells Bundt cakes, is opening in November.
Other tenants include Ross Dress For Less, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Ace Hardware, Original Pancake House, Two Mile Ranch Market, Menchie’s and Subway.
Cherry Hills Marketplace has several retail spaces available, including a 2,515-sf space on the east side of the center.
Number of tenants to open at Promenade Shops
Europtics, with the opening of its fifth Colorado location, is one of several tenants coming soon to The Promenade Shops at Briargate in Colorado Springs.
The retailer, which offers designer sunglasses and eyeglasses, will open in 2,300 square feet in November at the center located at 1885 Briargate Parkway. Europtics will be located in space vacated by Ultra Diamonds, which closed at The Promenade Shops at Briargate July 31.
Soma, a women’s intimate apparel retailer, relocated within the center and opened its new, permanent location Oct. 10. Soma’s new space comprises 2,600 sf.
Brookstone, a temporary, holiday tenant, also opened this month. Brookstone’s store comprises 3,500 sf.
