two-tenant
building
anchored by Northern Colo-
rado’s only Whole Foods store
recently sold for $22.8 million.
CH Realty V/FTC Retail LLC,
which is affiliated with Crow
Holdings, sold the property at
2201 S. College Ave. in Fort Col-
lins to Cole Credit Property Trust
IV Inc., which owns predomi-
nantly freestanding retail prop-
erties across the country.
The 68,334-square-foot build-
ing is 100 percent leased to
Whole Foods, which occupies
44,997 sf, and Wilbur’s Total
Beverage, which has 23,337 sf,
according to LoopNet.
Neither the buyer nor seller
would comment about the trans-
action. HFF, which handled the
sale, also declined to comment.
The property is located on the
highly trafficked College Avenue
corridor, next to King Soop-
ers, OfficeMax, Petco and other
retailers, and is close to the Colo-
CoStar Group

CES Properties LLC bought
a sought-after property that
is being used for the same
purpose it has in mind: steel
fabrication. CES, currently in
Commerce City, will occupy
SteelStar Corp.’s former build-
ing at 101 Miller Drive in
CES will occupy the building at 101 Miller Drive in Dacono.
