Griffis/Blessing was selected
to manage the Westside Plaza
by owner Sun Uintah Proper-
ties LLC. The 21,712-square-
foot shopping center is located
at 1915-1973 W. Uintah St. in
Colorado Springs. The center
has nine tenants, including
American Lock & Key, Black-
jack Pizza, Liberty Tax Services,
Earth Pig Music and American
Family Mutual.
Suzan Parra, portfolio man-
ager, will oversee day-to-day
operations of the property with
the assistance of Carrie Lan-
ning, management assistant,
Jim Leach, maintenance techni-
cian, and Tiffany Koschwitz,
property accountant.

with a new owner and tai-
lor the variety of services we
offer to their needs” said Rick
Davidson, CPM, senior vice
president.

joined
Belmar
as a specialty-leasing man-
ager. Davis will be responsi-
ble for the property’s leasing
program and working with
area entrepreneurs and busi-
ness owners interested in the
center. Belmar is downtown
Lakewood’s shopping and
dining district.

Davis began with Belmar
Dec. 21, and brings more than
22 years of leasing experi-
ence. Most recently, she was
with CBRE in global corpo-
rate services. Prior to that
she was with Mountain View
Marketing Inc., JLL Inc., and
the Limited Brands.
