Blessing Inc. The offices of Hoff
& Leigh, the Colorado Springs
Orthopaedic Group, Earl & Earl,
andMarrow Engineering occupy
the 42,000-square-foot building.
The management firm also
was selected by Simpson Fam-
ily Trust to manage the 13,624-sf
Meadows Town Center in Castle
Rock.
Nixon & Co. Salon & Boutique,
Red Hawk Dentistry, The Egg &
I, Harvest Growth and Lindsey
Orthodontics occupy the mixed-
use office and retail shopping
center.
Overseeing the day-to-day
operations at both properties
will be Lisa Hammond, FMP,
commercial portfolio manager,
with the assistance of Tiffany
Koschwitz, property accoun-
tant. Mark Fox will be the ser-
vice technician at the Lake Plaza
property.

Hammersmith earned his
certified manager of communi-
ty associations certification and
association management spe-
cialist and professional com-
munity association manager
designations through CAI.
He’s been active in the indus-
try for more than 35 years and
was elected to the board of
trustees in 2014. He will be
named president in 2018, after
serving as president-elect.
