The Wish®
How the Power of a Wish Can
Change Your Life
The Wish® is an amazing new energy game
that’s helping thousands of people around
the world to manifest their greatest wishes
for financial freedom, true love, their dream
job, their life purpose, health and well-
being, peace and happiness. The Wish is
truly a one of a kind game that has to be
experienced to be believed! The Wish takes
you on a journey from your head to your
heart, connecting you to the power within
yourself to make your wish a reality. As you
join other students and begin to play, the
game helps you identify and clear the blocks
standing in the way of your wishes, and
shifts you into the flow of positive thoughts
and energy vibrations aligned with your wish
coming true.
Evon Davis

Attraction for many years, and invites you to

Getting Started with
SoulCollage
®
SoulCollage® is a joyful and enriching
creative activity embraced worldwide.
Using simple materials such as magazine
pictures, you will make interesting and
beautiful 5 x 8 cards (no artistic talent
needed!). Each card represents a part of
yourself and the deck reflects you as a
whole. This process was developed by Seena
B. Frost who wrote SoulCollage® Evolving.
People use the cards to access their own
inner wisdom by journaling with their cards,
noting themes and relationships between
cards, and “reading” their cards individually
or with others. You will be introduced to
card making basics, the 4 suits of the
SoulCollage® deck (Committee, Community,
Companion, Council) as well as how to
journal with your cards and do personal
readings. Art therapist and SoulCollage®
facilitator
Gayle Bodine
has taught drawing
and mixed media art classes at CFU over
the years. Whether you’re seeking a tool for
intuitive understanding or just eager for a
fun and easy creative outlet, you’ll love this
class.

Buddhism for Everyday Life
While Buddhism is classified as a religion,
many recognize that
the time-honored
Buddhist teachings
are more about a
way of life than a
religion. There is no
deity in Buddhism,
so it can be easily
integrated into your
life, whether you are
practicing another
religion or not. The
Buddha’s life was all about compassion
and looking at ways to decrease suffering
in ourselves and in the world. The focus on
mindfulness, loving kindness, and creating
true peace—beginning with ourselves—has
made a sweet difference in many people’s
lives, and can make a difference in our
world at large. Come learn about Buddhist
teachings and practices in a relaxed and
open environment.
Val Stepien
has been
studying Buddhism for many years and
was ordained in Thich Nhat Hanh’s lineage
(the United Buddhist Church) in 2011. She
is a psychotherapist who integrates these
teachings and practices into her work with
clients and into all aspects of her life.

Handwriting Analysis for
Beginners
Graphology, or handwriting analysis, isn’t
just for criminologists or Sherlock Holmes.
It can be a fun and fascinating tool to learn
more about your own personality or that of
friends and family. Join this fun class and
learn the basics. We’ll look at graphology
from both a Gestalt approach (holistic
and more deductive) and the stroke-trait
approach (more inductive). Then play the
“graphology game” reading the handwriting
of the hidden identities of some well-known
celebrities and see what you can deduce.
You’ll never look at handwriting the same
again!
Will Christy
learned the basics of
graphology from his mother who worked
for the FBI, and he has been studying and
developing his skills for over 35 years. He
currently teaches and has office hours
consulting for Isis Metaphysical Book Store
and the Healing Oasis. Mr. Christy is a writer
and lecturer in esoteric fields and is not
affiliated with any commercial graphological
group or association.

A Taste of Tarot
Reading tarot cards is a fun and fascinating
hobby, and it’s much easier to do than
you might expect. Explore the tarot using
a special reading mat designed by the
instructor. This reading mat allows you to
read like a pro in just one and a half hours.
This intro class will teach you some tarot
basics such as the significance of cards
known as the major and minor arcana and
how to ask questions to get the best results
(yes, it matters!). But a large chunk of class
is given to students doing readings for each
other as practice. You can purchase the
reading mat and/or cards for an additional
$35/$20 to take home, if you’d like. Either
way, this class gives you a solid introduction
to the cards and a great jumping off point
for more in-depth study.
Rochelle Fisher
has studied the tarot for many years and the
reading mat is a distillation of her studies.
She created it to help new students of the
tarot learn and find success and enjoyment
in reading from the get-go. Bring your own
tarot cards if you’d prefer to use your own
deck.
