Great Design With A Fresh Perspective
Elsy Studios is a full-service commercial interior design firm based in Denver and
led by award-winning designer Lynn Coit.
What has made Elsy so successful since its inception three years ago, as Lynn Coit
puts it, is her team’s willingness to listen to – and truly hear – what clients want and
then translate that into a memorable design.
“At Elsy Studios, you won’t find design dictators,” Coit says. “We believe the results
of our efforts should reflect a client’s goals for the space, not ours. So our first pri-
ority is to really understand what our clients need and want from their space, what
makes sense for their business and the atmosphere they’re trying to create in the
space. Then, we provide informed counsel and the fresh perspective of our fantastic
design team to help bring that vision to life.”
With a strong portfolio of corporate office projects such as CH2M’s corporate head-
quarters, NetApp’s Regional Office, and the Workplace Resource Showroom under
their belt, Elsy has recently established a reputation for bringing their design exper-
tise to restaurant and retail spaces. Recent projects include Glosshouz Spa, Scott’s
Restaurant in Boulder and the Denver flagship of Quiznos Grill, a new elevated-con-
cept restaurant from the Quiznos brand.
