Coda Construction Group is a commercial general contractor specializing in
tenant finish projects. At Coda, we have exceptional superintendents, subcon-

throughout the Front Range with projects ranging from under 1,000 square feet
to full building remodels.
We recently completed an expansion for Women’s Health Group, P.C. at the
North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton. This project included a new
1,500-square-foot certified Ambulatory Surgery Center that will allow the prac-
tice to better serve patients and increase efficiency by reducing the need to
schedule procedures at an off-site, third-party surgery center.
With wide sweeping views of the city’s skyline and the Rocky Mountains, we
completed a 65,950-square-foot build-out on the 9th and 10th floors of the
Denver Post Building for On Deck Capital, Inc. With an emphasis on collabora-
tive workspaces and work/life balance, our build-out created community space
for the employees to allow them to regenerate during the day and engage in
casual collaboration and brainstorming with their coworkers. This project, com-
pleted in four months and on budget, included adding a custom built metal stair
to create both a visual and perceptual continuity between the tenant’s two floors.

The On Deck Capital, Inc.’s 10th floor break room area at the Denver Post Building includes spacious open seating with access to the outdoor deck and game area. The
finish details include a custom wood chamfer ceiling element, polished concrete floors, built in benches and specialty, handcrafted lighting.
