VERTEX Tenant Improvement is a division of The Vertex Companies, Inc., a global
AEC firm. The Tenant Improvement division works nationally and specializes in com-
mercial interior projects, including office, retail, medical, industrial and hospitality.
Our services are primarily contracted through Property Managers, Owners, Brokers,
and Tenants. With hundreds of projects completed and over a decade of Tenant Im-
