Founded in 1999, i2 Construction is a Denver-based full-service commer-

i2 Construction was the general contractor for Molson Coors Brewing Com-
pany’s relocation to 1801 California St in Fall of 2015.
Teamed with RNL (design) and Catalyst Planning Group (Project Manage-
ment), the project scope for this three-floor, 70,000-square-foot project
included the punch through of multiple floors to install a connecting, inte-
rior stairwell as a feature element, a unique one-of-a-kind custom pub-bar/
break room area, conference rooms and office space.
