Another medical building
is being planned at Harmony
Technology Park in Fort Collins.
The Eye Center of Northern
Colorado purchased approxi-
mately 4.3 acres of land at the
southeast corner of Ziegler Road
and Precision Drive from Har-
mony Technology Park LLC, an
affiliate of MAVDevelopment,
for $1.41 million, according to
public records.
The Eye Center will build
a 28,000-sf building that will
house its medical/surgical eye
care facility. It will maintain its
practice on Prospect Road in
Fort Collins and two facilities in
Loveland.
“We are adding providers,
and medical and surgical facili-
ties to meet the rapidly increas-
ing demand for treatment of the
vision-threatening eye diseases
of a growing and aging popula-
tion,” said Carol Witter, practice
administrator for the Eye Center
of Northern Colorado.
Scheduled to open in June
2017, the new facility will have
more operating and procedure
rooms than the existing location
and also will include a large
multispecialty eye clinic with
improved access to retina, glau-
coma and cataract care.

In addition to the hotel, Fire-
house Alley will include a new
restaurant, parking structure
and 3,850 sf of retail. The retail
will face the alley, which will
be an activated space between
the hotel and parking struc-
ture.
