AQUA
FITNESS
Arthritis and joint pain can make
working out the last thing seniors
want to do. However, water
exercises can relieve arthritis
and joint pain while increasing
bone density and muscle mass.
Why not try our Aqua Fitness
Classes on Tuesdays at 11
a.m. in the INDOOR POOL and
Wednesday mornings at 8 a.m.
in the OUTDOOR POOL.
LINE
DANCE
Join our awesome instructor
Patty Clark for this fun class
every Monday. Beginner class
at 10:30 a.m. and intermediate
class at 11:30 a.m. in the
AUDITORIUM. Not only will you
learn some new steps, you will
get a work out. This is a great
way to disguise your exercise!
ZUMBA
GOLD
Zumba Gold is for active older
adults who are looking for a
modified Zumba class that
recreates the original moves
you love at a lower-intensity.
Your balance, posture and
coordination will be improved
through Zumba classes. In
addition, attending classes on
a routine basis will increase
your stamina, range of
motion, energy, agility and
flexibility. Zumba is taught by
Patti MacIntire on Saturdays
from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the
AUDITORIUM.
