Crime prevention at the Gardens
Summer weather is conducive of the criminal element being out and about looking for targets.
Don’t be an easy target.
Something suspicious:
Please call Community Response immediately if you see any
suspicious activity, persons or vehicles in the area. We have 150 acres and over 70 buildings
that we are patrolling and answering calls from, so any help you can give us is tremendously
beneficial to the safety of the community.
Vehicles:
Always lock your doors; do not keep valuable items in your vehicle; have a WG
parking permit; and always report any suspicious activity around vehicles or in parking lots to
Community Response immediately.
Security Doors:
Do not prop open the security doors or let anyone in your building without
knowing who it is.
Phone Fraud:
Be very careful with phone calls and strangers who offer you “deals” which may
seem ‘too good to be true’. Never give out your address or financial information over the phone
or to someone you do not know.
Parking reminders
21 Days Policy
Windsor Gardens has a 21 days policy in
affect at all times, which requires that you
move any vehicle parked in an unassigned
space to another spot at least once every
21 days. We do keep track of vehicles that
have been parked for an extended amount
of time. If your vehicle has not been moved
in a 21-day period, you are subject to fines
and you will be issued a 72-hour Intent to
Tow at the vehicle owner’s expense.
RVs
RVs over 20 feet cannot park in WG parking
lots. If you or your guests park them in the
lots, they are subject to ticketing and towing
at your expense.
Utility Trailers
Utility trailers of any kind are not allowed to
park in WG parking lots, again please keep
these trailers out of the WG parking lots.
