Cannabis Growing 101
Colorado adults now have the legal right
to grow up to six cannabis plants in their
residence with no permit or license needed.
This means that you can save $1500 a year
just by growing your own. This class is a
packed 5-hour seminar on how to set up
a legal, safe, and efficient recreational or
medical cannabis grow area in your home
or apartment. Just a 5x5 foot space can
produce a years worth of legal, organic,
soil-grown cannabis in just 3-4 months.
Class covers it all; soil, set up, lighting,
ventilation, seedlings/cloning, fertilizing,
problem solving, harvesting and more.
David DeGraff
, CEO and Founder of “The
Grow School” teaches this GROW-101
class. There is a lot of (often contradictory)
information on the Internet about growing,
but this class takes you step by step
through a tried and true method for
Colorado home growers. The materials fee
is for a 140-page eBook reference guide and
tuition includes free gardening support for a
year after class.

Align Your Chakras
An Experiential Introduction
Chakras are energy
centers that receive,
assimilate and
express information
and energy, affecting
mind, body and spirit.
When the chakras are
operating smoothly,
we flow through life
easily and effortlessly.
When one or more are stuck, we may find
it hard to move forward due to stress,
difficult relationships, procrastination, or
similar challenges. Come learn about the
seven chakra system and practice exercises
and enlightening meditations that can
help you recognize and release chakra
blockages, bring awareness, and facilitate
transformation. Class is a practical, non-
religious guide to working with our inner
selves to transform our outer world and to
become more aligned spiritually, mentally,
emotionally, and physically.

balance, perhaps a “life cleanse” is just
what you need to get back on track. Gain

begin to create a life that is replenished
and revived. We will do some well needed
clean-up of all things, thoughts, behaviors
and perhaps relationships that clutter our

of wellness by assessing which areas are
intact and which may need some refreshing.
The rooms we will focus on will include
