Mindfulness 101
Skills for Living in Awareness
Mindfulness is the art of being fully present
for ourselves and for others so that we
can fully embrace our lives. Through its
practice we become less driven and more
centered. Drawing on the wisdom of an
ancient tradition, its helpful effects have
been validated by modern neuroscience.
Mindfulness gives tools to reduce stress,
manage emotions, increase focus, and
improve overall health. The ultimate benefit
is that you move through suffering to joy and
touch life more deeply and authentically.
With an emphasis on experiential exercises,
discussion, and home practice, students
will learn mindfulness practices and be
able to apply these to their daily lives.

Neurosculpting® from Fear to Inspired Change
Fear is an important part of our evolutionary makeup, and when we experience fear in
appropriate amounts and times, it acts as our early-warning system, keeping us safe.
But fear is also our greatest limiting factor, often preventing us from experiencing the full
richness of life. The more old fears we hold onto, the more likely we are to view future
experiences as fearful, further limiting ourselves. In this class you’ll learn about how fears
are created and stored and how they can be broken. We will have two guided meditations
in which you’ll rewrite your own relationship to fear.
