AQUA FITNESS
Schedule Change & New Instructor:
Beginning November 2, join our
new Aqua Fitness instructor, Judy Jones, for classes on Mondays at 11
a.m., Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. and Fridays at 11 a.m. at the INDOOR
POOL. Judy also teaches at the Polo Club and the Denver Athletic Club.
GENEALOGY
Instructor Marion Baumann will help you maneuver the sometimes
complicated path of researching your ancestry. We meet the first Friday
of every month in the ALL PURPOSE ROOM from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Next
meeting date: November 4.
PINS & NEEDLES: SEWING AND SERGING
Colleen Sizemore teaches this fun and creative class on Wednesdays from
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the SEWING ROOM. We
are happy to announce that we have added another serger to our equipment
thanks to a generous donation from a WG resident, Doris Harris. Stop by
and check this class out!
TAI CHI
Tai Chi helps with balance, leg strength and increased energy. Join Mike
Sanin for this beneficial class on Tuesdays in CENTERPOINT at 1 p.m.
and Saturdays in the AUDITORIUM at 10:10 a.m.

More residents visited the instructors, group and club leaders than ever
before at our 2016 Classes and Clubs Expos. And, we have seen an
increase in attendance in most of the classes. Thank you Windsor Gardens
for making this our most successful year ever!

Our classes with a paid instructor require a minimum average of 10
residents per session to sustain the class. Please participate faithfully if
you value a class.
