Let's get ready for the
colder weather
I hope everyone is ready for the fall season.
When the weather starts getting cold we
start seeing more vehicle issues around the
property. It’s time to get your vehicle serviced
and to have your battery and charging system
checked before the weather turns too cold.
When the snow starts to fly, dress
appropriately and wear appropriate shoes for
the weather. As the cold weather and the ice
and snow starts to hit our sidewalks, make
sure you are limiting the amount of time you
spend on the walkways. It is very hard to
see ice sometimes; it can form very quickly
and you can become a victim to a fall, which
could lead to more serious injuries. Please
be very careful out there and watch out for
your neighbors as well.
Heat and hot water issues
If you have issues with your heat or hot
water during business hours, we encourage
you to call the Administration office and
create a work order, so you can have these
issues resolved more quickly. After hours
please call Community Response, and we
will gladly come over to your unit or building
and try to resolve the issue.
Community Response
From Euell R. Santistevan,
Chief of Community Response
been found to be non-compliant and
covenant enforcement will take over from
there.
Are your keys on file in
case of an emergency?
We request that every resident keep a set
of keys on file with Community Response
in case of an emergency; whether that is a
medical or maintenance emergency. This
will save us time and you money in the long
run. These keys should include your building
key and the key or keys to your unit door. If
we do not have a set of keys and we need
to make entry for an emergency, you will be
billed for a locksmith or you will assume full
responsibility if a forced entry is required by
the Denver Fire Department, Denver Police
Department or Community Response. We
only use these in extreme emergencies.
New officers
We have had a couple personnel changes
within our department, If you meet either Lon
Garner or Spencer Sorensen please give
them a warm welcome to Windsor Gardens.
As always call Community Response at
303-364-4924 or dial 911 in an extreme
emergency.
Garages and parking lots
Keep your garage doors closed and locked.
Also make sure your vehicles are locked and
your valuables secure.
We will be doing walk-throughs of parking
lots soon, checking for garages that are left
unlocked. Make sure that your garage is
latched and cannot be opened by turning
the handle. We do issue courtesy reminders
to inform you when this policy has been
violated; we will re-check doors that have
